Mit dem Reallabor-Ansatz werden innovative Wege einer transformativen und kollaborativen Stadt-und Planungsforschung untersucht und zugleich Veränderungen erprobt: Akteur*innen aus den unterschiedlichen Systemwelten (Wissenschaft, Zivilgesellschaft, Verwaltung, Politik, Wirtschaft, intermediäre Akteur*innen) arbeiten in Reallaboren im Idealfall auf Augenhöhe zusammen, intervenieren und experimentieren in realweltlichen Räumen, um so Ergebnisse zu generieren, die sowohl wissenschaftlich als auch praxisrelevant sind. Dadurch können Reallabore aktiv zur Transformation von Städten und Metropolräumen beitragen. Aber wie können Reallabore aktiv zur Transformation von Städten und Metropolräumen beitragen? Wo setzen sie an und auf welche Hindernisse stoßen sie im Alltag? Und was können Sie für die Raumplanung leisten – was leisten sie nicht? Diese und andere Fragen werden wir mit Gästen u.a. von und dem @projektbuero.city aus Hamburg, dem Reallabor @radbahn_berlin und dem Spinelli Freiraumlab aus Mannheim, dem RVR und dem ILS diskutieren.
Alle Studierenden im Modul 24 (Studium fundamentale), aber auch die interessierte Öffentlichkeit und AKNW-Mitglieder sind herzlich willkommen!

At our final conference we present our research approach and findings, and explore policy implications and future implementations for creating walking-friendly neighbourhoods. Based on our research findings we will also discuss the transfer¬ability of research methods, outcomes and policy implications to other European countries beyond the cities studied. In WalkUrban we investigated objective and perceived walkability in six neighbourhoods in three European cities: Genoa in Italy, Dortmund in Germany, and Gothenburg in Sweden.

Autoreduzierte Quartiersentwicklung als neuer Planungsstandard? Diese Frage steht über der Fachveranstaltung am 30. November in Köln. Anhand von Zwischenergebnissen des Forschungsprojektes „Nachhaltige Mobilität in Lincoln 2: Implementierung innovativer nachhaltiger Mobilitätskonzepte in Neubausiedlungen und Konversionsflächen am Beispiel der Lincoln-Siedlung in Darmstadt (NaMoLi 2)“ werden dort Chancen und Herausforderungen einer autoreduzierten Quartiersentwicklung diskutiert. Expert*innen kommentieren diese Erkenntnisse und diskutieren gemeinsam mit den Teilnehmenden die Übertragbarkeit von Konzept und Planungsprozess auf andere Neubauquartiere. Zur Anmeldung
