Spatial Analysis LEP Baden-Württemberg
Client: | Ministry of Regional Development and Housing Baden-Württemberg |
Partner(s): | University of Stuttgart; Institute for Spatial Planning and Development Planning (IREUS) |
Time frame: | 10/2022 – 09/2024 |
The Baden-Württemberg Ministry of State Development and Housing is drawing up a new state development plan (LEP). The LEP is the overall framework for the spatial order and development of the country. All spatial planning, in particular regional planning, municipal land-use planning and individual technical planning, must comply with it. Against this background, the Institute for Spatial Planning and Development Planning at the University of Stuttgart (IREUS) and the ILS are carrying out a comprehensive data-supported analysis of the spatial structures and transformation needs in Baden-Württemberg. The project includes a variety of data analyses, including in the topics of central locations, land use, housing, mobility and accessibility, freight transport and logistics, retail and local supply.
This project is carried out by ILS Research gGmbH.
