Time frame: | 05/2019 – 09/2020 |
Corporate Mobility Management is an important field in promoting sustainable mobility, which has become increasingly important in recent years. With the project “Sustainable optimization of company mobility in the state administration of North Rhine-Westphalia using the example of the LANUV NRW (NOMO)”, the LANUV is pursuing the goal of developing measures in terms of innovative and future-proof mobility management. The NOMO concept is to be tested for the first time in the LANUV and will subsequently serve as a blueprint for other public administrations.
The impact evaluation conducted by the ILS is intended to provide information about the quantitative effects of the mobility management measures and, among other things, assess the concrete transport and environmental potential. The process evaluation of the communication and design process of the measures aims to develop recommendations for further planning and implementation of sustainable company mobility in the LANUV and to identify obstacles and success factors for successful implementation. Overall, the evaluation is characterized by a mix of different methods that are used both before and after the (partial) implementation of the measures. Among other things, a residential location analysis, a company location analysis and online survey with the employees of the LANUV are carried out.
